Since it snowed here and summer officially ended so its time to crack out the fun winter recipes! I found this recipe HERE.

The ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
 1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 egg
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix together the sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and corn starch.

Slowly whisk in the milk.

In a separate bowl whisk the egg.

Microwave until thick. This took me 30-60 seconds or so.

Whisk half of they pudding into the egg mixture and then back into the pudding.

Cool until thickened.

Whisk in your butter and vanilla. Don't over mix or your pudding thins out.

Top with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice!

Microwave Monday # 16 Salt and Pepper Popcorn

This is going to be a quick and easy post that (hopefully) can be made in no time! I used
Beef In-A-Mug which I don't think is sold in America. I get my grandma to send me some in the mail from canada but any bouillon works. In the original version of this recipe I used chicken bouillon so just use what you have. :)

The Ingredients:
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground pepper
1 Tbsp beef bouillon
Microwave Popcorn

Mix together you spices.

Microwave your popcorn and sprinkle on your spices. And thats it!

CreepyCandy #1 Jarred Reptiles and bugs!

This is the first post of a series leading up to Halloween. While I think it is still to early to be doing anything Halloween but this stuff will be sold out soon so… yah. But anyways lets get started. My Mom  pointed these out at Walmart:

While candy floating in syrup is gross it is still very inventive.

They tasted okay but I wish it was more sour.

What did surprised me was the orange and grape ones.

Orange and grape can often be way too sweet but shockingly it tasted just like the apple and cherry.

Lastly I want to say that the texture on the animals was very impressive.

In conclusion these are cool and very fun. You can find the here:

Microwave Monday #15 Sweet Cinnamon Popcorn

I personally don't like packaged (the microwave kind) kettle corn but, I do love the non microwave kind. So since we had some microwave kettle corn in the house I thought that I could take a shot at making it taste better.

The ingredients:

1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
one bag of microwave kettle corn

Start by popping your kettle corn.

Mix in  your cinnamon.

And your Done! While this is an easy recipe I still is a very tasty solution to kettle corn.
