I was attempting to make a caramel cake and it tasted just like a sugar cookie. Me and my Mom were very surprised because we thought that using caramel instead of sugar would taste caramel-y… Well I guess you learn something new every day :)
The Ingredients:
6 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg yolk
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp-1 Tbsp white sugar
Add your sugar to a bowl ( a mug might work).
Whisk it together.
Add everything else except for the white sugar.
Whisk that together.
And microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
The moment it comes out of the microwave sprinkle the sugar. This is one of my favorites and I hope you like it too!
