Micowave Monday #21 Mac and Cheese

I found this recipe here and I thought that with a bit of adaptation it would be awesome!!!

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup macaroni 

Water

1 Tbsp of milk

1/4 cup Shredded cheese
1-2 tsp Flour

Bacon bits

A pinch of nutmeg

Start by adding enough water to cover your pasta as well as covering your .

Microwave until the pasta  is cooked fully, add more water as you go.

Add your milk, cheese, bacon bits, flour,  and nutmeg. Microwave until the cheese melts.

Stir together and enjoy!

Sweets Sunday #2 Cinnamon Coffee!!!

Tis the season to drink coffee! fa la la la la. la la la la!

Yay! Its SO snowy here and I really hope that the snow dosent stop. Today I am doing another hot drink recipe that will warm you to the care and spread the sents of christmas. At my house we simmer   oranges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and other citrus/spices and this helps with two things. It helps the house smell like christmas and it helps moisten the cold air. Since we live on a mountain in a desert when change in preasure, temperature, and allergies makes have runny noses and sore throtes. The mixture moistens the air and helps us ajust to winter.

The ingrediants: 

Cinnamon Sticks/ ground cinnamon

Coffee grounds

sugar

Half & half

Okay their are two versions. The keurig coffee maker version and the drip coffee version. 

For the Drip version:

Break up four cinnamon sticks into your coffee filter. 

Add your usual amount of coffee grounds and turn the machine on. 

When its done brewing pour into your cup and add half and half and sugar to taste!

Thats it for the drip coffee maker version.

Here is the keurig coffee maker kind:

Start by filling a My K Cup with your favourite coffee grounds.  finally after you've filled your cup to the limit.

Next fill the top of the grounds with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.

Put your cup in and brew. 

Add sugar and the half and half.

Sweets Sunday! #1 Mexican Hot Chocolate

Happy Sunday!!! Well... Theirs nothing that specal about this sunday but now their is: 

Sweets Sunday!!!

On sweets sunday I will make hot drinks, cookies, and any other winter sweets! 

Today were going to  make a delishous batch of Mexican Hot Chocolate!  

The ingrediants:

4 cups of milk 

1/3 of a cup of Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup of sugar 

2 tsp Corn Starch 

1 tsp Cinnamon

1-2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp chili powder 

a pinch of nutmeg

1 Tbsp Coffee powder 

a pinch of salt.

Add all of the into a pot and stir to combind  .

Cook over medium heat until simmering.

And cook until the cornstarch taste cooks off.  Serve in smaller cups ( its very rich ) and top with whipped cream!

NaNoWriMo

Im back from give or take a month off of posting.  I was gone becuse of NaNoWriMo which I won!!! I am so happy that its over! but its not like I didn't enjoy it. 
I loved writing but 1667 words every day !  It was too much... Now I hope to do as many NaNoWriMos as I can so that in 2014 though so their might be a few other months of not posting .  My story is called:

EetrsWorld - A Breif History 

So basicly this is the plot. A walking and talking dog named Diggy and a creature called Eetr go about assimilateing their worlds which are conected by a portal . The novle is basicly a colloction of short stories which include: 

Yggid which is the story of Diggy and Eetrs efforts to destroy the evil creature called Swallow and in the prosses Eetr becomes the Gate Keeper and Diggy becomes God of War !

Cookie Clicker: A story where Eetr, TT ( the only human in their world), and Diggy turn world currancy into cookies .

Chuchabra: A story about two friends of Eetr and Diggy named Lunar and Chuchabra who go to mexico, Get lost, and eventuly... Somthing happens to them. 

So those are three of the plots of the 18 or so storys that I wrote over November.
